This marketing site has no login and no customer database. We don't ask you for personal information to browse it, use the demo, or run the ROI calculator.

• Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and basic, aggregate usage. It is privacy-respecting — no cookies that track you across other sites, and no selling of the data.
• The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Whatever numbers you type are never sent to us or stored.
• If you email us (the addresses on this site), we receive your message and reply — nothing more.

The demo at /demo is a working preview running on fictional sample data — the carriers, loads, invoices, and dollar figures are made up to show how Clear works. It carries a persistent SAMPLE DATAbadge. No real fleet's information is loaded, and nothing you click is saved to a server.

The staff Sales Desk (behind a passcode) shows public business-registration data published by the FMCSA — company names, cities, phone numbers, and fleet sizes that are already public record. It contains no private or personal information. The "called" marks a rep makes are stored only in that device's browser (localStorage), not on a server.

We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. If that ever changes, this page changes first and says so plainly.
